What is pain management?

Pain management draws on many disciplines in science, complementary therapies and the healing arts to systematically study pain, its prevention, evaluation, diagnosis and treatment, as will as the rehabilitation of painful disorders.

One of the main ways reflexology helps with pain managements is through the stimulation of the brain reflexes.  This helps to release the above mentioned chemicals thus aiding in pain management.
